This summer program is for kids who want to get faster and stronger. All workouts will be created to improve strength, speed and endurance.

- 7:00-8:00am (Girls Soccer)
- 8:00-9:00am (Girls Volleyball)
- 9:00-10:00am (Middle School)

Athletic shoes, water bottle & a great attitude.
Summer Workouts
Summer training will involve athletic movements to gain strength and athletic ability. Testing will be done the first and last week to track the kids improvements over the summer.
